PRIDE STUDIO / GRANT BRIEF01 / 08

01 · THE OPPORTUNITY

Turn fans’ ideas
into finished stories.

A mobile studio for creators who have a story to tell, but not a full production team.

Create with a recurring cast and clear scene direction.

Share finished episodes beyond the community.

Return to make—and watch—the next chapter.

Initial audience: Loaded Lions storytellers, fan artists and short-video creators. Demand remains to be validated.

02 · THE PRODUCT

One studio. Three moments of control.

Interactive UI previews. Generation, voice input and purchases are simulated. Open the full mobile demo.

03 · THE AI DIRECTOR

Plan the details before spending on video.

“A lion finds a lost cub in the forest and helps it get home before dark.”
Simple idea to AI Director to creator approval to video provider

Story continuity

Cast, location, props and what each character knows.

Film direction

Timed shots, camera movement, emotion and sound.

Creator control

Approve the plan and cost. Keep or replace each take.

Planning workflow built locally; provider integration and output quality are pending. Planning improves preparation, not a guarantee of model quality.

04 · THE CREATIVE WORLD

A starting cast. Room for original stories.

Lion in a forest, used as a story reference
01 / THE SETTINGA forest at dusk.
Lion character reference
02 / THE LIONSomeone to help.
Lost cub character reference
03 / THE CUBA cub needs to get home.

Tools for participation

Help fans build recognizable, recurring stories that can travel beyond the existing community.

Clear creative boundaries

Confirm permitted Creator Materials and attribution. Do not assume token-linked PFPs are allowed inputs.

Reference artwork, not generated footage or a cleared training set. Fictional story beats; no official canon or endorsement claimed.

05 · A BUSINESS THAT STARTS WITH CREATION

Generation pays its way.
Audience revenue comes later.

FIRST

Paid creation

Show price and scope before every attempt. Measure provider costs, retries, store fees and delivery costs against what creators will pay.

LATER

Optional sponsorship

Test clearly labelled series sponsorship after there is a real catalog and audience. Creator revenue sharing requires collected receipts and finalized terms.

No live ad inventory, sponsor commitments or creator earnings exist today. Purchased credits and future earnings would be separate balances.

06 · THE 60-DAY BUILD

From production tests to a creator beta.

01 / DAYS 1–10

Video-production testing

Confirm asset permissions. Compare two providers for character consistency, expressions, camera movement and sound. Practice shot assembly, music and transitions.

DELIVERABLEProduction guide + 3 short test scenes

02 / DAYS 11–20

AI Director integration

Connect the text model and one video provider. Build character memory, shot plans, cost approval, render status and retry controls.

DELIVERABLEOne complete episode from a simple prompt

03 / DAYS 21–35

Mobile app development

Build the iOS creation flow, scene replacement, preview/apply, captions, audio, export, sharing and saved series. Check billing in the sandbox.

DELIVERABLEA working app on real test devices

04 / DAYS 36–42

Beta launch + creator training

Distribute the iOS TestFlight beta, onboard 10 invited creators and teach the prompt-to-export workflow. Use mobile web if native distribution is delayed.

DELIVERABLE10 invited creators with a getting-started guide

05 / DAYS 43–54

User testing + improvements

Observe creators making episodes. Fix completion barriers, test episode links and measure usable-video cost, failures and repeat creation.

DELIVERABLETarget: 20 episodes; 5 repeat creators

06 / DAYS 55–60

Launch preparation + report

Complete device, privacy and moderation checks. Prepare store assets and submit the ready iOS build for review. Deliver pilot findings and the grant report.

DELIVERABLEStore submission, if ready + pilot report

Days run from project kickoff. Production testing uses existing models; creator training means onboarding, not model training. Public App Store launch follows approval. Android is conditional on readiness; founder technical capacity is assumed.

07 · USE OF FUNDS

$5,000 to test
the core product.

38% for AI development and usage.

AI Director & pipeline: $1,000. Video credits: $750. Text-model tokens: $150. Founder time is additional; no model training is budgeted. Acquisition funds stay unspent until release and measurement are ready.

Ten-item proposed grant budget totaling $5,000, including $1,900 for AI development and usage

08 · WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Finished episodes.
Creators who make another.

10pilot creators
20completed episodes
5repeat creators

Proposed pilot targets, not current traction or guaranteed outcomes.

Report what matters

Time to first export, cost per usable minute, failed attempts, creator feedback and second-episode creation.

Use the grant to de-risk delivery

Mobile integration, inference benchmarks, asset preparation and device testing. No reliance on advertising income.
